The system is designed to collect and analyse data while automatically generating reports, alerts, benchmarks, and workflows. With our web-based platform, users can securely access and validate data from any device. We provide clients with the most advanced AI-integrated audit capabilities on the market.


In response to increasing demand for our systems, we are expanding our team.


Role

This is a part-time remote role for a Support Specialist at Opus 5K.


As a Support Specialist your primary responsibility will be to support clients in their ongoing use of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, including but not limited to MARS. To do so you must develop and maintain extensive knowledge of the SaaS solutions, so a willingness to continually improve and test your knowledge of these areas is essential.


In addition to providing client support, you will also be responsible for conducting quality acceptance testing of system changes prior to release to users; continually enhancing and updating the SaaS user manuals; and training users as part of the client onboarding process. You may also be called upon to support business development activities as required (for example, participating in trade shows).


Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in Technical Support and Customer Support.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience in the healthcare, aged care or audit software industry is a plus.
  • A working knowledge of the MARS Audit System will be an advantage.


Remuneration according to experience.
